Rosemary Dorsa
Rosemary is the Chief Operating Officer of Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF) and The Indianapolis Foundation with specific responsibilities for organizational planning, communications, and human resources. Since joining the Foundation in 1993, Rosemary served as Vice President for Programs and Program Director. In her work with the Foundation, Rosemary played a lead role in securing grants from national foundations, working with funding partners to initiate the Summer Youth Program Fund, developing the Women's Fund, and managing relationships with Foundation affiliates.
Rosemary previously worked for Community Centers of Indianapolis (CCI), a federation of fourteen neighborhood centers, as Director of Programming. Prior to joining the staff of CCI, she worked for the United Way of Central Indiana with responsibilities in community-oriented planning, needs assessment, and agency evaluation. Rosemary currently serves on the boards of the Indiana Humanities Council, TechPoint Foundation, Lacy Leadership Association and Indianapolis Parks Foundation. She earned her Master's degree in social work from Indiana University.
