United Way of Central Indiana
Senior Vice President Community Planning and Strategic Initiatives for United Way of Central Indiana.  Current responsibilities include managing the relationships of the 104 Human Service partner agencies as well as the Ready to Learn / Ready to Earn strategic education initiative.

Previous Business Experience:
Dodson Group
Founding partner and COO of the Dodson Group, a nationally recognized Inc. 500 company which serviced 4,000 business customers in air express, office products and telecommunication services. 

International Business Machine
Began his career with IBM in Chicago Illinois on the Allstate Insurance account introducing the first IBM PCs and assisting in the development of the ALSTAR agent customer service application.

Honors
Entrepreneur of the Year State of Indiana Finalist 1995

Education:
Bachelors of Industrial Engineering from Purdue University
Masters in Business from Northwestern University
Masters of Divinity from Christian Theological Seminary.

Community Involvement:
Current board positions on the Washington Township Foundation, Sycamore Foundation and BroadRipple INRoads and membership at First Baptist Church of Indianapolis.
